This is my second time using and reviewing NAC and this experience is just as positive as the first one. Nathan is friendly, explains what he is doing and why and was very helpful when asking questions about the washer/dryer. Fantastic service, from ease of booking online, to the service tech showing up, prepared, knowing upfront what our issue was from the online questions. James was GREAT! He was prompt, polite, very knowledgeable. I didn't ever think he was blowing smoke and didnt really know what was wrong or how to fix it. James was very detailed and methodically figured out what the issue was. Isolated and removed the bad part, ordering it before he left from their integrated tablet.
