This is my second time using and reviewing NAC and this experience is just as positive as the first one. Really quick and easy to book an appointment online, message received the day before confirming appointment and an estimated time, and a call from the engineer Nathan when he was on his way. Nathan is friendly, explains what he is doing and why and was very helpful when asking questions about the washer/dryer. Within an hour of his visit NAC messaged to tell me the price of the parts before I went ahead with the repair and and a further appointment was booked for Nathan to return to complete the repair within a couple of days . Trouble free process from start to finish, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service, from ease of booking online, to the service tech showing up, prepared, knowing upfront what our issue was from the online questions. James was GREAT! He was prompt, polite, very knowledgeable. I didn't ever think he was blowing smoke and didnt really know what was wrong or how to fix it. James was very detailed and methodically figured out what the issue was. Isolated and removed the bad part, ordering it before he left from their integrated tablet. One week later he was back, part in hand and repaired the machine in about 30 minutes. Both visits he was meticulous and cleaned up after himself. Well done James, and Thank You!
